The journey

Elite US admissions is a four-year story, not a senior-year scramble.

We mentor students at every stage — building the profile in the early years of high school, then carrying seniors through the application season itself.

01 Years 1–3 of high school

Build the profile

Interests, academics, testing plans, writing, and college-level credentials — developed intentionally, years before applications open.

02 Senior year

Apply — the full cycle

One mentor carries every component from the first university list to the final submission.

Decisions arrive March through April. Our students have earned places at Yale, Stanford, UPenn, NYU, Vanderbilt, and leading engineering schools.

What a US application requires

Submitted in senior year. Built in the three years before.

American universities evaluate the whole student—not a single exam. Academic performance, activities, essays, recommendations and other factors come together to tell a larger story, and most cannot be built in the months before applications are due. Strong applicants start earlier: developing their interests, strengths and experiences deliberately, with time to grow.

Years 1–4
Transcript & course rigor
Every grade from year one counts. Rigor matters as much as results.
Years 1–3
Activities & honors list
Up to ten activities and five honors — depth and leadership built over years, not listed in a week.
Years 2–3
SAT scores
Reading built early; dedicated preparation in years 2–3, with room for one retake.
Year 3
TOEFL for international students
An English proficiency score, settled before applications open.
Senior year · built over four
Teacher recommendations
Submitted in senior year, but the relationships are built across all four years — and the ask is made at the end of year 3.
Summer before senior year
The personal essay
650 words that carry the whole application. Drafted the summer before senior year.
Senior fall
Supplemental essays
School-specific writing for every university on the list — often ten to twenty essays.
Senior year
Applications & interviews
Common App, university list, deadlines, and optional interviews — the Full-Cycle Program.

Why a mentor in Europe
Educational content on U.S. admissions — @ramosadmissions

American expertise, without the distance.

I went through the US application system myself — and for over a decade I've guided more than 100 students across Poland and Europe through the same journey. A US-based consultant means late-night calls across a six-to-nine-hour gap, at exactly the season when your child needs steady, responsive support. I'm in your time zone and your child's rhythm: available after school, before deadlines, when the questions actually arise.
